Calendar image Across the country, a national campaign to transform perceptions of nursing and midwifery is underway, in support of our quest to improve recruitment and retention.

I came into nursing later than most. I was already a graduate, already had a bite of the higher educational cherry, already had a career in the making. So why take the plunge into a further three years of study?
