Prices and Facilities
Our prices are per room per night, all including breakfast:
- Patient or staff (including on-call) - single room - £35
- All other external guests (including relatives of patients and event attendees) - £50
- Twin room - £80
- Family room - £100
Breakfast and other refreshments
Continental breakfast is included in the room price and is available in the hotel’s restaurant 6.30am-9.30am daily.
Hot meals are available on request and at additional cost between 12.00pm-1.00pm and 4.30pm-5.30pm daily.
Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the rooms.
The nearest car park is directly in front of the Maternity Building. There are several other visitor car parks around City Hospital.
All our car parks are pay and display parking. Patients and long-term guests may be entitled to special car parking rates. Please ask at reception for more information.
Visitors and security
Hotel guests can receive visitors between 9.00am-9.00pm. Visitors are asked to sign in and out at reception.
If you are receiving treatment we suggest that you try to allow some time during the day to rest without any interruption from visitors. If you let reception know when you are resting, we will take any messages and stop visitors as needed during this time.
Our hospital grounds and the hotel are non-smoking sites.
E-cigarettes can be used, but in outdoor areas only.

A member of our hotel reception team will be available at reception 24/7 to deal with any administration or general enquiries.
The hotel’s team of housekeepers is on site from 8.00am - 3.00pm, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness. To contact the team please call reception.
