Lisa Kelly appointed as Chief Operating Officer
Lisa Kelly has been appointed as Nottingham University Hospitals' new Chief Operating Officer.
Lisa brings to NUH a wealth of experience in the NHS and global healthcare. She is presently Chief Operating Officer at University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust and has previously worked in senior Operations and General Management roles at a number of Trusts, including Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust and North Middlesex University Hospitals NHS Trust. Lisa has also worked as an Operational Manager at University Teaching Hospital in Zambia.
Lisa’s career achievements include developing strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, assessment and selection from the NHS National Management Training Scheme, service reconfiguration, successful competitive tender exercises, strengthening performance management, building quality improvement teams and services and leading workstreams for Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships.
Lisa will be a member of the Trust Board, Executive Team and Management Board, and will join NUH this summer.
