We hold a number of events throughout the year to listen to feedback from our patients, local community and staff and update on latest news and developments related to our hospitals and health and social care in Nottingham.

Annual Public Meeting 2018

Thank you to everyone who joined us at this year's Annual Public Meeting on Thursday 5 July 2018

The formal meeting included updates on:

  • meet some of the stars from BBC Two’s ‘Hospital’ documentary
  • our focus on further improving end of life care
  • how we are improving engagement with our trainees and medics of the future
  • how we did in 17/18
  • priorities for 18/19

Taking Action on Dementia

Taking Action on Dementia Information Poster

You're invited to a free event for people living with Dementia, held by the Nottinghamshire Dementia Action Alliance. 

There are over 10,000 people living with dementia in Nottinghamshire. This is expected to increase to 11,546 by 2020, an increase of 12.6%.

On the 24th May 10:00am – 2:00pm, Rushcliffe Arena will be hosting a Taking Action on Dementia Event organised by Nottinghamshire’s Dementia Action Alliance. This free event is for people living with dementia, their carers, friends and families. The event will help connect attendees with others and find new services / groups.

There will be a range of stallholders from;

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

We are hoping the event will be well attended by the local community and everyone from across the whole County with will welcome, especially those who know someone living with Dementia.
