Renal and Kidney Transplant Unit

After closing during the first wave of COVID-19, we re-opened for paediatric transplants (children) on 19th June 2020 and adult transplants on 29th June 2020.

 

Welcome to the Nottingham Renal and Kidney Transplant Unit.

We provide high quality, specialist care to patients from accross Nottinghamshire and the surrounding regions. We treat patients with a broad range of acute and chronic conditions who've been referred to see us by their GP or another hospital specialist.

We hope the unit provides a friendly and reasssuring environment to be seen and treated. We aim to guide you through your care and tailor this to meet your individual needs.

The unit is based at the City Hospital Campus in Nottingham and we have developed services at a number of other sites. This means our expertise can be delivered where it's needed and closer to your own home. We work at the Queens Medical Centre, Kingsmill Hospital, Ilkeston Community Hospital and Lings Bar Hospital.
