Our staff are our greatest asset
At NUH, we have a nationally-recognised staff wellbeing programme. We offer a wide range of services to support your mental health, assist with your financial wellbeing, and help you work on your physical health.
We also offer training for line managers on how to lead a healthy workforce, mental health conversation training, and Psychological First Aid.

Our Staff Wellbeing Toolkit acts as a comprehensive and interactive guide to help you look after and develop your health and wellbeing. Whether you are looking for support for your physical, mental, or financial wellbeing, the Staff Wellbeing Toolkit shows NUH staff what is on offer to help, including workshops and apps as well as external and internal support services.
