Patient Information

Sometimes using the internet to find out more about your health can be confusing, we are here to point you in the right direction. Please find below trusted organisations and their websites to find out further information about a variety of conditions that affect your liver and what you can do to lead a healthy life and protect your liver.

Am I a Nottingham City patient or a Nottinghamshire County patient?

Many services are different depending on whether you are a Nottingham City or Nottinghamshire County patient. This usually depends on where your GP surgery is located.

Tip: Most of the time, if your wheelie bin is green with a brown/grey recycling bin you are a City resident!
