Tip: Most of the time, if your wheelie bin is green with a brown/grey recycling bin you are a City resident!

For patient aged 18+ with a BMI between 30-49.
12 weeks of free nutritional and physical activity support. During the face-to-face group programme, we will consider all aspects of weight management including behavioural and psychological barriers, as well as life circumstances which are linked to weight gain.
Slimming World
Available for both City and County patients
Aged 16+ with BMI 25 or more (BMI 23 or more if of South Asian descent)
Face to face group sessions looking at healthy eating and diet, in addition to physical activity. Weekly sessions at accessible locations across Nottingham.
12-week funded places available for City patients.

Start making positive changes today using free personalised wellness programmes.
For those aged 18+ and with a BMI <44.9, 12 weeks of either free face to face or group sessions, also offered remotely, focusing on nutritional and physical activity support. We offer behavioural support throughout the process and offer free access to programmes such as slimming world and provide community support through peers.
