Working in the NHS and at NUH can be challenging yet very rewarding. That is why we do all we can to support staff with perks of the job wherever and whenever possible.

We are able to offer:

Long Service Awards

Our Long Service Awards recognise members of Team NUH who have achieved 25, 35 and 40 years of NHS service.

Staff who reach any of these milestones receive a long service badge and certificate. We also celebrate long service with quarterly afternoon teas and award presentations in our hospitals. 

Blue Light Card

Blue Light Card provides those in the NHS, emergency services, social care sector and armed forces with discounts available online and in-store. They work with small and large companies across the UK to get them involved in supporting the Blue Light community through offering their members discounts. 

It costs just £4.99 for 2 years access to a fantastic range of exclusive offers.

Health Service Discounts

Health Service Discounts is a dedicated website for NHS staff. It has a huge range of healthcare and NHS staff benefits, from money saving ideas and vouchers, restaurant and fashion vouchers, discounted holidays, gym membership and mobile phone and utilities discounts. Some examples include: Acer, Babyliss, GHD, Ray-Ban, Thorntons, Argento, Nando's and Footasylum.
