Am I suitable for a review on NSAU?
NSAU referrals are accepted via a healthcare professional/GP. There are very specific circumstances where we want patients to contact us and they will be notified on how to do so as appropriate

What should I bring to my appointment?
- A list of the medicines you take
- Your full past medical history
I want a copy of my scan. Where can I get it?
Patients will need to go through Data Requests & Your Privacy | NUH, because of data protection we are not allowed to send them out.
I have missed my appointment, what happens now?
- X1 Did Not Attend (DNA) for a NEW patient – DNA discharge and a 10 day contact letter to be sent by reception. This will allow the patient time to contact us to make a further appointment if still required.
- X2 DNA for a NEW patient – Discharge back to the GP, a new referral will be required.
- X1 DNA follow up – DNA discharge and ESP to dictate a letter offering 10-14 days for the patient to contact us to rebook if appointment is still required.
- X2 DNA follow up – discharge back to GP, new referral will be required.
