Removable appliances

Some treatment offered at our department involves wearing removable braces. Although removable, these braces must be worn as prescribed in order to work effectively. Usually, we require you to wear these braces full time, only removing them for swimming, contact sports and eating.

Once these appliances have worked, patients then move on to fixed brace treatment to correct the position of individual teeth precisely.
