We work closely with our partners in the community because sometimes the best psychological help for you doesn’t come from us, but somewhere else. If that’s the case we’ll put you in touch with them and let you know. This may include the local NHS Talking Therapies service, or the Macmillan Beyond Diagnosis Gateway.
